A Trip Away to within

I have just returned from a three day retreat at St. Edmunds Center on Enders Island in Mystic, CT. It was truly a wonderful restful and relaxing way to spend a weekend. The solitude and tranquility of the sun the surf and the spirit was a short glimpse of Nirvana. Even though this Catholic place put it's emphasis on the Catholic faith it was a place where all people of all faiths or non beliefs can come and be one with the universe. I was and am grateful for this experience and Just for today

When we experience the power of love as we move the healing energy around us and to the person wishing the treatment both the client and the practitioner benefit. You feel or hear or see (imagery) the energy moving and going to places in your body, mind and spirit. This is what enables us to reduce stress and allows us to receive whatever we need aid in the comfort we all seek. It may last a second or a lifetime but it there when we approach it with a knowing that all is one and we are that one.

When you have the knowing that life is full of the opportunities to give love and comfort to those who seek it, then you must respond.
It is when your intention to serve another is your base thought and the creed to your being then you are in tune with the workings of the divine. When you set your life to the mode of oneness with the universe then you become one.
